 World Remanufacturing Summit 2016 to be held in May in Beijing

The World Remanufacturing Summit is an annual conference that provides a forum to address the latest technology trends in the field of remanufacturing. Its aim is to bring leaders from industry and academia together to facilitate international remanufacturing research and industry-related collaboration.

This year's meeting is to be held in Beijing, China, on 25 May and topics include the current state and outlook on remanufacturing in China, the outlook on European Automotive Remanufacturing and insights in several other remanufacturing-related topics.

ResCoM Advisory Board member Prof. Nabil Nasr from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Prof. Rolf Steinhilper lead of the Fraunhofer Project Group Process Innovation that is leading the ResCoM case study evaluations, will give plenary presentations at the conference. Other speakers from industry and academia include Gregory Folly, Vice President of Caterpillar, and Prof. Zhu Sheng from the National Key Laboratory for Remanufacturing, China.
