The Resource Conservative Manufacturing consortium ("RESCOM") was formed in order to carry out a European Commission co-funded project on the development of an innovative methodology and software platform for the industrial implementation of closed-loop manufacturing systems. The consortium consists of the following members: KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der angewandten Forschung e.V., TU Delft, INSEAD, IDEAL & CO Explore BV, Eurostep AB, Granta Design Limited, Bugaboo International BV, Gorenje Group, Loewe Opta GmbH, Tedrive Steering Systems GmbH and Ellen MacArthur Foundation Trading Limited.

What information do we collect?
When you register as a user of the RESCOM website to receive our newsletters, you will be asked for your name and email address. Each member of the RESCOM consortium is a data controller in common, and your data will be managed by for and on behalf of RESCOM by EMF Trading, unless and until you are notified otherwise by email. EMF Trading will respond to any questions you have regarding the processing of your personal data.

EMF Trading will use your personal information in order to improve your experience of our website, and to send you newsletters. We will only share your data with the RESCOM consortium and its service providers in order to provide services to you, and where permitted or required by law.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files, stored on your computer, which can be used by websites to make a user's experience more efficient. Cookies are used on the RESCOM website to help improve your experience – for example by looking at content viewed, and to remember things like your login details and preference settings. Transferring information overseas
RESCOM uses a mailing company which is based in America. Personal information provided by you through our website will be added to the RESCOM newsletter database. Where your personal information is available in other countries, RESCOM has taken steps to ensure that the information is appropriately protected.

General

If any part of these terms and conditions are unenforceable (including any provision in which liability to you is excluded) the enforceability of any other part of the terms and conditions will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and RESCOM. Any waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective only if in writing from EMF Trading on behalf of RESCOM.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
